Which countries do you deliver to?

JUNIK. straps are delivered worldwide. However, please contact us in case of any queries as some countries might have import restrictions we are not aware of.

 

How does shipment of your straps work?

Deliveries normally take place Monday to Saturday between 8am and 7pm. Our deliveries to national and international destinations are shipped via DHL (www.dhl.de). All shipments are insured up to €500.

 

How long does it take to deliver my order?

For straps that are in stock and available to ship immediately, delivery within Germany usually takes between 2 to 3 working days. Deliveries to other European countries take approximately 5 working days. Outside the EU, deliveries can take from 7-21 working days, depending on how quickly the local customs department processes the order. If you live in a more remote area, please remember that it might take the courier a bit longer to deliver to you. You will be able to track the progress of your order with the tracking number provided to you in the shipping confirmation email.

 

How much does the delivery cost?

Shipment worldwide is free.

For deliveries in non-EU countries customs duties, taxes and fees shall be payable. However, JUNIK. does not cover the cost that occur for any duties, taxes and fees that apply for importing the goods to you target destination   

 

Do I get a tracking code?

Yes, once your order has been packaged and dispatched, your tracking information will be sent to you via email so you can track your item online and follow its progress.

 

My tracking number does not work. What do I do?

If a parcel has just been shipped, tracking numbers can take up to 8 hours to be active. If, after this time, you are still seeing an error message, please contact us at service@junik-lifestyle.com.

 

My package was damaged in transit. What do I do?

This can occur unfortunately and we are very sorry for that. Please check that all the contents of your order are still intact and undamaged. Otherwise please contact us at service@junik-lifestyle.com.

 

What happens if I did not pick up my parcel at the sorting office?

The post office stores your parcel for you for up to 7 working days. If you do not pick up your order within this timeframe, the post office sends the order back to us. We will, of course, reship your order to you as soon we receive it but additional shipping costs may apply.

 

What about duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes vary among countries. We ship with all documents usually required and do our best to make the customs' process run as smoothly as possible. Cost associated with customs, duties and taxes are to be covered by the customer.

Return

What if the product is not what I expected?

Our goal at JUNIK. is to make you happy, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.

 

What if the product is faulty?

For a swift resolution, please email us photos of the product. Straps must be photographed from both sides. Send all images to service@junik-lifestyle.com and be sure to also include a description of the fault. We will assess the situation and provide you with the most convenient solution.

 

How do I return/exchange my purchased items?

In the event that the goods you ordered do not fit or are not to your liking, you can return them free of charge within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund (minus postage & packing). Please note we can only accept unworn items. Be sure not to remove any labels.


If you have purchased your item no longer than 14 days ago, please request a return form and label by contacting our customer care team: service@junik-lifestyle.com


Upon receiving your return form and returns label:

  1. Complete all required fields in the returns form.
  2. Pack the items in a well-sealed box (preferably the one it was delivered in) along with a copy of the original delivery note and the completed return form.
  3. Attach the supplied return label to the outside of your package and ship us the items following the instructions stated on your return form.
  4. Make sure to seal your parcel securely and attach the returns label.
We will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition, and if so, the refund will be made within 30 days. We will only refund to the same payment card used to place the original order. If the goods are not of acceptable condition, we will contact you to offer a reduced refund or to arrange to send them back to you.


JUNIK lifestyle GmbH will not take responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred on returned items. Original and return shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded.
